Bill Title: Relating to nontraditional pathways to licensure for educators.
Catchline/Summary: Directs the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, the Department of Education, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission, the Department of Early Learning and Care and the Educator Advancement Council to jointly develop a three- to five-year strategic plan for agency collaboration to align, coordinate and strengthen the educator workforce in Oregon.
