Relating to inhalant delivery system producer responsibility; prescribing an effective date.

Requires producers of inhalant delivery systems to join an inhalant delivery system producer responsibility organization and implement an inhalant delivery system producer responsibility program for the collection and disposal of inhalant delivery systems.
