Bill Title:	Relating to ballot envelopes.
Catchline/Summary:	Prohibits both ballot envelopes mailed by county clerks to electors and ballot return identification envelopes used by electors from containing outward identifier, including but not limited to numeric code, that would allow person to know political party affiliation of elector.
