Requires companies providing health care interpreters to health care providers to use health care interpreters who are listed on health care interpreter registry as being qualified or certified by Oregon Health Authority. Requires health care providers, including coordinated care organizations, and] companies providing health care interpreters to health care providers to use health care interpreters who are listed on health care interpreter registry as being qualified or certified by Oregon Health Authority. Specifies] Requires authority to adopt by rule exceptions.
